Old Things Made New

This needlepoint was on an old stool that belonged to my grandmother. I decided to frame it. It really stands out in the white frame. When I was putting this piece in the frame,  it was interesting to look at its back side.  It was a knotted and jumbled mass of thread.  It was amazing to turn it over and see the perfect pattern that came forth from such a chaotic mess.  This speaks to me of our lives and how miraculously God can turn our imperfect lives into something quite beautiful as we yield to His work in us.102_2716
